How will your sauna be delivered?
When purchasing a high value quality product, like a sauna or steam room, the care taken over your item during transportation and delivery is of course extremely important. To remove any concerns you might have in this area, Aqualine Saunas have developed a delivery service for all of its saunas and steam rooms, which it considers to be the ultimate delivery service.
As a matter of courtesy, you will receive an email from Aqualine Saunas informing you of the date on which your sauna or steam room will arrive. This will be sent to you directly after the purchase of your sauna or steam room has been processed. If, however, the date you receive is not convenient for you, a different date will be arranged to better suite your needs. The standard delivery dates for all saunas and steam rooms are as follows:

Should any changes be made to these standard delivery times, we will inform you immediately. In the very unlikely event of your sauna or steam room experiencing a delay with its date of arrival, you will be advised of its new date of arrival, and if you are not happy with this, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order, and at this point receive a full refund.
What types of shipping service do you offer?
Bronze Delivery (Free)
Your sauna or steam room will be delivered to you by our specialist carriers, who use state of the art
lift-gates. The conditions of Aqualine Saunas’ delivery service include all the amenities necessary for residential delivery.
The shipper will call to schedule a delivery appointment and for your purchase security, we require that someone be present to sign for the sauna or steam room. With our basic delivery service, your sauna or steam room will be delivered to you in flat-packed boxes that will be taken off the delivery vehicle for you, and placed on the ground at the first outside ground level main covered entrance or dry area of a residence.
To make it easier, you may want to have an extra person at your home that day to help with getting the various boxes into your home, as our shipper will not be able to help you with this.
Silver Delivery ($65)
This service is an upgrade from the Bronze service which also includes delivery just inside the first main floor of the residence (threshold).
Gold Delivery ($165)
For an upgrade on the Silver you can have the item delivered to your room of choice, with one flight of stairs included. No unpacking or debris removal will be performed.
Platinum Delivery ($295)
For the ultimate service, our two-man team will take your sauna or steam room directly to the room you plan on installing it in which includes one flight of stairs. They will then unpack it, allow you to check to make sure everything is in perfect condition and then will take all of the packing material with them to be recycled. Assembly is also included.

We are so confident in the quality of our products and that you will be satisfied, so if you are not happy with any aspect of your sauna when it is arrives, you can send it back for a full refund.
Are they easy to assemble?
Yes, it should take about thirty minutes. We provide you with an easy to read ‘step by step’ manual. Our saunas arrive flat packed in 2 large boxes, this also makes it easier to take with you if you ever decide to move house. All wall sections are made to fit together precisely, this ensures that our infrared saunas are very rigid and have a solid construction.
