Aqualine Saunas Returns Policy

We at Aqualine Saunas are committed to bringing you the very best in product and customer service. Our returns policy is set up in such a way that it offers you the peace of mind that our customer service department will be more than happy to work with you, if you are not happy with our product.

If there is something wrong and you wish to return your sauna, we accept returns for a period of 7 days. We offer 3 choices for you to choose from if you wish to return your sauna:

  1. Exchange the product for another one of equal value.
  2. Return the unwanted sauna and use the credit towards the purchase of a different priced one.
  3. If you would just like your money back, we will be more than happy to offer you a full refund, minus the cost of getting the sauna back to us.

In order to return a sauna it has to be new, unused and still with its original packaging. This is not a period of time for you to try out the product, but rather to inspect the unit itself.

If more than 30 days have lapsed and you still wish to return the sauna, we will make a decision at Aqualine as to whether or not we can accept the unit back. Under no circumstances do we offer returns more than 60 days beyond the delivery date of your sauna.

You have to return your sauna to us yourself or request that we pick them up; either way the cost of getting the sauna back to us will be your responsibility. In addition to paying for the sauna to be returned, you may also be charged up to 15% of the purchase price of the sauna as an additional administrative fee.
