How will your sauna be delivered?

When purchasing a high value quality product, like a sauna or steam room, the care taken over your item during transportation and delivery is, of course, extremely important. To remove any concerns you might have in this area, Aqualine Saunas have developed a delivery service for all of its saunas and steam rooms; which it considers to be the ultimate delivery service.

Once you place your order with Aqualine, the date your sauna is to be delivered will be emailed to you. If the date you receive will not work for you, a different date can be arranged that will work better with your schedule.

The standard delivery dates for all saunas and steam rooms are as follows:

We strive to get your sauna to you as soon as we can and will inform you if there is any delay with your delivery. If the new, delivery arrangements are not acceptable to you, you will have the option of cancelling your order.

What types of shipping service do you offer for SaunaMed?

Bronze Delivery (Free)

Your sauna or steam room will be delivered to you by our specialist carriers, who use state of the art
lift-gates. The conditions of Aqualine Saunas’ delivery service include all the amenities necessary for residential delivery.

The shipper will call to schedule a delivery appointment and for your purchase security, we require that someone be present to sign for the sauna or steam room. With our basic delivery service, your sauna or steam room will be delivered to you in flat-packed boxes that will be taken off the delivery vehicle for you, and placed on the ground at the first outside ground level main covered entrance or dry area of a residence. 

To make it easier, you may want to have an extra person at your home that day to help with getting the various boxes into your home, as our shipper will not be able to help you with this.

Silver Delivery ($65)

This service is an upgrade from the Bronze service which also includes delivery just inside the first main floor of the residence (threshold).

Gold Delivery ($165)

For an upgrade on the Silver you can have the item delivered to your room of choice, with one flight of stairs included. No unpacking or debris removal will be performed.

Platinum Delivery ($295)

For the ultimate service, our two-man team will take your sauna or steam room directly to the room you plan on installing it in whch includes one flight of stairs. They will then unpack it, allow you to check to make sure everything is in perfect condition and then will take all of the packing material with them to be recycled. Assembly is also included.

Could you ask for more?

Can I have my item delivered to a different address?

Because we want to protect you from fraudulent purchases that may be made with your financial information, we will only deliver to the address that your credit card company has on record for you. If you would like your sauna delivered to a different address, you will have to add it to your credit card account so that it will pass our address verification process.

We know that this can feel like an inconvenience, but it is actually a step we take to make sure your payment information is as secure as possible and to protect you. You can always have the additional address removed from your account once your sauna is delivered to your alternative location.

Do you deliver outside of America?

Yes, we offer delivery to all of North America and Canada. We also have delivery in Europe through independent carriers. Any shipping overseas will take longer than the customary 2-5 business days and you will need to provide assistance in getting your sauna from the delivery truck into your home.

The cost of your delivery will be calculated when you pay for your sauna, so there are no hidden costs for this service.

Basic delivery is completely free and to upgrade to the platinum delivery service is just $295. Please note that we offer free shipping for the 48 contiguous states, but there is a small surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
